Are smoking and non smoking rooms available?
The hotel has both smoking and non smoking rooms. You can point out your preference at the time of the booking.
Is breakfast included in the price of the room?
Our buffet breakfast is always included when you book a room at Hotel Best Western Cristoforo Colombo.
Are taxes included in the room rate?
10% VAT is included. There are no other taxes to be added.
Are rooms for disabled people available?
The hotel is not equipped with rooms for disabled people.
Is it possible to add an extra bed?
You can ask to add an extra bed in your room, paying € 30,00 on top of the room rate, for each booked night. You need to request the extra bed at the time of the booking.
Is it possible to add a cradle?
A cradle can be requested upon arrival, without any extra cost.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
No pets of any kind are allowed.
What is the maximum capacity of the rooms?
Certain rooms can accommodate up to three people by adding an extra bed at the cost of € 30,00 on top of the room rate. You need to request the extra bed at the time of the booking.
What are the time limits for checking in and out?
You can have access to your room from 2pm. We ask you to check out by 12.00 noon at the latest. It is possible to have the room available until 6pm, paying a supplement of 50% of the room rate. After 6pm we will apply a 100% supplement.
Is there an internet connection?
A free Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the hotel. There is also an internet point where our guests without a laptop can connect to internet.
Does the hotel have a garage?
Hotel Cristoforo Colombo has an agreement with a garage set only 300 meters away. The daily fare is € 25,00 for each car or € 30,00 with valet parking service. You don’t need to book your parking space in advance.
What is the cancellation policy?
Every reservation always has to be guarantee by credit card. You can cancel without any penalty until 4pm Milan time, on the day before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-shows, the hotel will charge the first night of your accommodation. During fairs or events the cancellation policy may vary, according to the relevance of the event itself.
Do you have to pay to access the SPA?
Yes, you do. The cost depends on the selected treatment.
Do children stay for free?
Children up to 6 years old stay for free. Children from 7 to 12 years old pay 50% of room rate.
Do children pay to eat at the hotel restaurant?
Our restaurant has special kid menus, available at reduced prices.
Until what time is the bar open?
Our bar is open every day, until midnight.
